Hi, I'm Carol!

As the daughter of an Air Force member, I moved frequently, experiencing the unique lifestyle of military families. Among all the places I lived, San Antonio became a constant in my journey—I PCS’d here five different times before finally deciding to call it home 23 years ago. I haven’t looked back since.


Real estate has always been a passion of mine. For over 20 years, I’ve purchased and revitalized homes for friends and family, focusing on properties with great bones—primarily 3 to 4-bedroom homes that just needed the right vision. I love the process of transforming spaces, bringing out their full potential, and helping others see what I see in a home.


Beyond buying and fixing up homes, I also develop marketing campaigns to showcase properties in their best light. Whether it’s preparing a home for sale, finding the perfect property for a buyer, or crafting a compelling marketing strategy, I bring a vision-driven approach to everything I do in real estate.
